Summer School Statement

In response to the offer of funding by the Secretary of state for Summer School Provision, Tudor Grange Academy Worcester chose to offer two one-week programmes over 10 days which delivered a blend of academic education and enrichment activities. A total of 221 places were offered, which included all year 6 pupils who were transitioning from primary to secondary provision, as well as, targeted students in other year groups. In total, the value claimed via the summer school programme was £57,710.08, of which £41,999.54 was used to staff the provision and £15,710.54 was spent on educational supplies, resources and enrichment activities.
